Beam Management Group grew out of years of serving South Florida property owners through Certified Property Managers of South Florida. As the business grew, the work naturally separated into two focused companies. Beam Management Group was established to focus on ongoing residential property management and ownership oversight, while Certified Property Managers of South Florida continues to focus on maintenance, repairs, rent-ready work, turns and related property services. The two businesses are separate, but they work together when an owner's property needs both management and property services.

Meet Robbie
Founder | Property Manager | Real Estate Investor
Robbie's path into property management began in 2012, working alongside his father and brother on rental property turns.
He later worked in Public Audit at Ernst & Young before moving into real-estate acquisitions and purchasing more than 35 properties across the Southeast.
Robbie earned his CPA license in 2021 and his Realtor designation in 2022. He has also helped clients transact more than $10 million in real estate.
His experience across finance, real estate and property operations shapes the way Beam approaches management today.
