For more than 12 years, Beam has provided hands-on property management for South Florida rental owners. As active property investors ourselves, we understand the decisions and responsibilities that come with rental ownership—from maintenance and tenant issues to leasing, turnover and long-term property care. Our approach is straightforward: communicate clearly, pay attention to the property and handle the operational details so owners don't have to manage them themselves.

Meet Robbie
Founder | Property Manager | Real Estate Investor
Robbie's path into property management began in 2012, working alongside his father and brother on rental property turns.
He later worked in Public Audit at Ernst & Young before moving into real-estate acquisitions and purchasing more than 35 properties across the Southeast.
Robbie earned his CPA license in 2021 and his Realtor designation in 2022. He has also helped clients transact more than $10 million in real estate.
His experience across finance, real estate and property operations shapes the way Beam approaches management today.
